360° 42LED Sidelight bulbs!

Fitted these at the weekend...

2x 42 LED SMD White T10 W5W 501 194 168 192 Car Signal | eBay

Way less blue than the 25 LED ones that many forum members are running and at only £3.60 delivered that's only a fraction of the price that civinfo traders are dealing them out at!!

I'll take some pics once the dark sets in

I have these fitted now from Mr JP, they are cracking lights, but they do not match the OEM HID's at all. They have a significant blue tinge to them

That's easy - change the OEM HID's. The 6000k ones Mr JP sells perfectly match my sidelights.

Do you have a picture?
This is something i am interested in doing failing to match the sidelights to the headlights.

It is a nightmare when you become obsessed matching lights, the foglights were very tricky. I have just bought some of the 42 led side lights that are the subject of the topic and will post a photo of these when they arrive with Mr JP's 6000k HIDS to compare.

I stole the LED sidelights out of the Civic and put them in the Boxster as I have been running that car for the last 6 months but they did match perfectly (Civic spent the 'summer' in the garage).
I will try these 42 led bulbs in the Civic when they arrive, there are some weedy ones in there at the moment. Suppose if they dont match I can always swap the ones out the Boxster. Mr JP does 5000k HIDs which may suit you better.

He does 6000k too (think also 7000 & 8000 for those who really like them blue). I removed my 4300k when I got the car, looked naff.

Still waiting for these to arrive (got some of these 42 LED's) and I will post a photo.
The headlamp until on a Porsche is strange so am loathed to get the ones I used to have in the Civic back out, the whole headlamp, indicator, fog light unit slides out to get to the bulbs.

I received these bulbs today, were only half as bright as the ones already fitted:

Super Bright Xenon White Sidelight LED Bulbs Globes Capless W5W 501 193 12v | eBay

Disappointed!

Not very bright, the ones I have had in there for 6 months were much brighter.

These 42 led bulbs were blue, matched my 6000k hids but not bright enough. Maybe they will fit elsewhere if not too long (interior?)

Depending on length they could fit in the number plate lights?
