Which LEDs are we talking about?

Myself and one more user had issues with the internal "cockpit" LED.
Mine sorted itself (it seems) with some sanding, others needed more work.

intermittent blue LED cluster problem

Im talking about the 1st position sidelight/running lights

Ive read your thread the design of the bulb seems similar in that it has wire bent over to make connection perhaps roughing up the wire will help?

Led lights have to be inserted the correct way round. If the don't work pull them out rotate 180 deg and re-insert.

If they are 180 degrees out they will not work at all.

The problem here was intermittent.

I don't know for the Civic as I'm new to the scene, but for my Audi, I had to use inline resistors with my LED sidelights. Something to do with the on-board diagnostics (bulb blown warning on the dash) and having the "right" resistance to simulate a true filament bulb. Don't know off the top of my head if the Civic does this......worth checking perhaps?
