Interior Interior Boot Light

I have just noticed that my interior boot light is not working, I have prised the lens cover off but there in no wire running to it. I have felt around but cant find a lead to connect to it. I have had the car for 2 weeks and want to check just incase I am missing the obvious and look like a prat if I take it back to the dealer

This is a known issue. Some dont get connected from the factory!!
You havent had parking sensors fitted have you??
If so, the dealer didnt put it back properly!!

I disconnected mine in an attempt to find the cause of constant flat batteries (now fixed) and found that when I came to reconnect it, the wiring had gone up, rather than down the inside... so it might be worth checking there first!

The bootlights in both of my Peugeots (106+206) work whenever the want

But the quality is not as Honda's of course....
