I like the sound of those Karts!! I personally prefer doing the endurance events over the grand prix, but how would the money be organised?? As you have to pay in advance normally I think?

Numbers are starting to look good - If we do need more I can easily line up another two drivers I reckon (one ex Type R driver)....

Just need to check, i am guessing that everyone will want it on a weekend and not a week night?

We are all been very helpful aren't we

Here is some more help, I am a shift worker on a really silly roster, so it makes very little difference to me about weekday or weekend. Sorry I couldn't help more.

same as me, i am on a shift pattern, simo only gave me quote for a week night, if we are happy with that then i will go with, but if not then we can doo a weekend event

we need minimum 20 drivers (for exclusive track hire) this is for a week night, more on a weekend. I fwe cant get 20 it will become an open event. He said the the price will stay the same but give us 25% more time on the track .

GRAND PRIX 1

Practice, 3 heats and a final for the top 12 drivers £60 per driver

GRAND PRIX 2

Practice, 4 heats and a final for the top 12 drivers £70 per driver

INDIVIDUAL ENDURO
Timed qualifying session followed by 30 minute race £60 per driver

CHALLENGE
Practice, 3 heats and a final for all drivers £65 per driver

If we go for the weekend we may get a discount as i don't think he will be able to offer us extra time then.

Let me know how you feel about it all guys, if you don't want to do it i think we should still have a meet.

Got a email back, if we did the last sunday of the month "open" GP1 simon said "

Is it's an open could do you places at £52.00 a driver instead of £62.00 as it's not possible to offer any extra driving time."

Right sod it then. here we go This event is usually late afternoon. But as i said if we get enough for our own event we can change the time. Remember you are all welcome to bring guest/firends/girlfriends so please add them to the list if you want to bring them!

We can meet at a pub before hand if you would all like?

Date for the event will be the last sunday of May..... May 25th of May. You can pay by calling the track on 01708 863 070. Ask for Simon and just say you are booking in for the event for the last Open GP on in May and say that you are with Dean Woodhouse and you will get the Discount.

This sould be good fun! Can't wait!
