England South South East Meet Idea (all members welcome!)

Hi all i was wondering if anyone would be interested in a meet in march/april and going to a kart circuit for a a little race?

Think it would be great fun. I used to work at essex karting| go karting london| go kart racing| thurrock | grays|lakeside as a Race Director and i am sure i will be able to sort out something there!

Would need atleast 15+ for this so let me know!

Be great if we could do this!

Good, aslong as we can gather abit more interest then we will geti it sorted and get some dates together that will be ok for people

I was thinking last night about an Essex / Kent East London meet, I must have missed the original post.

Hopefully they have cleaned up since the Top Gear motorhome racing!!!

I'd be up for a meet in the Kent/Essex area...

So long as the venue is easily accessible via the A2/M2 or A20/M20...

I'm up for it. Actually I went to the Lakeside Karting track the other day! I was very impressed! Set the fastest time for the day too

!!

Let me know if anything goes ahead?

P.s. My Type-R has a weekend off as I have a BMW Z4 Coupe 3.0....I wonder how it's going to compare!?!?

Right ok guys glad there is some interest for this now! The tack is 2 mins from the tunnel

If we could get at least 10 of us that would be a good number! When we have a few more people down on the list we can sort a date out that is good for most of us and see what event will best suit us!

I will be able to get a discount on the price too as i was a senior member of staff there when i worked there and i am still in the good books

Spread the word around the forums and lets see how manny we can get!

Its a bit of a trek, but what the heck ! Havent done Karting in a while and certainly not this track - is it indoor or outdoor track???

i could always post this on the MR2 roadsters club their a good bunch and i spent many a good day with them. or are we keeping this Civ only?

I'd like to try and keep it civ only, Think it would be great to see a car park full of civics..... But if we can't get the interest that we need soon then i can't see it doing any harm?

I am only on this civic forum, so if you guys are on others you can post on there?
