Apologies for this one I'm afraid, partly as I'm not in Scotland on that date; a rare occurrance given that it's during the Easter holidays.
I'm sure you'll have a good time though, hope the weather holds for you and get some nice pics, not sure you'll get together in the car park though but good luck.

...meant to ask what was the reason for not being sure about getting together in the car park (its been years since i was there, so can't remember a thing about it!)

I've never been to the Falkirk wheel due to the fact that I am from Edinburgh and venturing that way is forbidden mostly lol!

So I don't know what is meant by the car park.

Its still on, i'm going to ask TT or Potsy if they can maybe help out in rounding up some bods that haven't quite checked out this thread!

...not sure if being from edinburgh does mean falkirk's out of bounds, but its as good a reason as any i suppose!!! be cool if more people got along, so nice one if you can round up some more

Car Park at the Falkirk Wheel has about a couple of hundred spaces, so we *should* be ok (We'll see on Saturday

)

Here's an aerial view of the car park - the end near the bottom left will probably fill up first as that is nearest the actual wheel itself - we might be ok if we congregated at the top right - the end nearest the entrance ??

I'm just back from the Yorks/Lancs meet that Robbo organised - there was 18/19 Civics there, although the first Yorks meet only had about 10 - So the 5 we've got so far isn't a bad start.

should be fine seeing as its early enough in the day... i suppose the place will probably be rammed on the sunday as its the kinda place that'll have easter egg hunts n stuff to attract families for a day out - which should mean the saturday isnt the same (i hope...!)

kool guys how about we meet at the morrisons end of gyle car park at 10am (leaves an hour for angie to catch up with us in the ctr)

Oh the cheek of it! I will however make sure I am there for 10 am at the Gyle and I will happily follow you. That way I keep the mpg in check and maybe start getting it back up from 22.1mpg!

Sorry, need to check something...

Which car park at the Falkirk Wheel are we meeting in ? I thought there was only one (the one I showed in my earlier post), but it looks like there are two (on opposite sides of the canal)

So, are we meeting in the red circled one, or the yellow circled one ??

Wish i could make it to meet up with the rest of ya but i am moving back to Edinburgh in just under 2 weeks so if there is another meet soon al be there!!!
