Other 3 Regions Meet - August BH Weekend

3 - Regions Meet - Sunday 24th to BH Monday 25th August 2008

Due to popular demand Rebel Motorsport Club will be repeating 2007's 3-Regions meet! To view pictures from last year click here

As before we will be entertaining attendees from the North/North West, the Midlands and the South/South West regions. All will be travelling no more then 100 miles to the destination from meeting points (see below), via scenic and good driving roads, not to mention this area has some fantasic country road.

On the Sunday we all meet in Bucknell at the Country Pub/Restaurant and campsite.

There is a new route planned through Shropshire's beautiful countryside; stopping off for the now customary photographs and re-grouping.

Following the drive we head back to the pub/restaurant for a pre-booked meal and a few drinks (around the campfire if you care to bring/make one!)

Also there is an Airfield nearby and I have spoken to staff who have given me the email address of the manager to contact to see if we can use the Airfield either for this meet or a future one..

The Camping prices for 2008
Family Tent / with Electric £10 per night
Family Tent / without Electric £8 per night
Small Tent (2 man) without electic £6 per night

Note: We will also have a list of B&B in the area for those of you who dont wish to Camp

Pub Meals price guide last years prices (will get updated menu closer to date)

Starters - £3.50 - £4.95
Main Meal - £6.50 - £10.95
Desserts - £3.95

For those who fancy it the following morning (breakfast, that is!) there is a Little Chef not too far away... and the Full English breakfast is pretty good. From there we say our farewells.

Conveys

I will be overseeing the South/South West region to convey to location, last year the meeting points were

Magor Services, 70 miles from pub
stopping at Chepstow and Hereford along the way

I think I may have someone to convey the Midlands area, last years meeting point was

Star City, 72 miles from the pub

Seano very kindly did the North and North/West area, last years meeting point was

Helsby services 85 miles from the pub

If anyone would like to help with meets and conveys for areas please feel free to do so :thumbup:
