England South Southern (Outer London Meet)

Hi All

I think its about time we had another Outer London Meet. Our friendly neigbourhood Topcat has now stepped down as our principal organiser, so I guess I will carry on the good work. So I have decided that the Fat Cow (previous venue) will be he venue again. So lets throw out some dates for you guys to think about.

25 May 2008

Hopefully we will all have are new handbrakes by then so we won't roll down to the bottom of the carpark!

I'd be up for a meet, although I just agreed to go to the SE london meet on the 25th, so won't be available then. 11th would be good, though...

Hi uncler

We will see what the consenus is with the other members, but the 11th is also a good date for me. I didn't realise that the SE meet idea was the 25 May, maybe we should steer clear of that one.

Hi All

O.k it seems that the consensus of opinion is the 11th May 08. But Sonic Steve can only do the 4 and 25 May. I know Alwaysback and dragondance can do the 4 May. Uncler can you the 4 May? If so we'll go for that date.

As Uncler didn't confirm that he was available on the 4 May I've decided to go for that date anyway. So we now have:

Uncler (possibly)
Sonic Steve
Alwaysback
dragondance
Lance (a work colleague who has a Subaru P1)

Unless we get a flood this week its going to be a cosy meet but the last one was small but was good to catch up with what people were doing. So we are going to meet at 12.00pm at the Fat Cow on Sunday 4 May 08. I'll be there from that time so look out for a Milano Red 2.2 SE

Hello again! Sorry for my belated reply - got myself in a muddle trying to fit too many things in my day and forgot to check the 'Meetings' thread!

I'm afraid I can't do the 4th as it's my GF's birthday (she would not be at all pleased if I attended!), but no to worry I'll catch you all at the next one.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about May. Yes, I'm thinking that the next one could be August. I'm not sure at this stage what part of the month would be good for me, but the second weekend (9 or 10 August) looks good. I'm in Cornwall on the 3 August.
