DR if we meet up with ctrdaveg on the M6 are we meeting the others at Birch services (like ctrdaveg is down to do) or Veritas @ Greenfield?

The quickest way to Holmfirth from Birch services or south of Manchester would involve passing through Saddleworth and thus Greenfield to use the A635 into Holmfirth.
I can wait at the first lay-by out of Greenfield on the A635 if this helps.

I was planning to meet generationgav in Sale and pick up R-2 and Dimplyred near the airport then through Stockport and Ashton to Greenfield.

It may indeed be easier to follow if DR and R-2 met with generationgav and I at the TGI Friday carpark just off the M62 and we went round the M62 to Birch.

What thinks DR and R-2 ? If you don't mind going a longer way round but sticking to motorways rather than urban roads.

I don't mind who I meet and where I meet them, ST

As long as there is at least one person within each meeting point that knows where they are going. The main aim is to get to the final meeting point at Holmfirth.

I've got my built in sat nav Robbo . However thanks for the offer would have been interesting to look at it once i got there

Like DR i really don't mind how or with whom i arrive. Whatever is the easiest. I leave myself entirely in the hands of those who know the area.

I was gonna make it 9:30 leaving for Holmfirth at 9:45, that would give us plenty of time. If it's a bit early for you let me know. If your heading westbound on the M62 theres a layby on the left straight after the slip road. Should be plenty of room to pull in there, eapecially if theres just a couple of us...

If anyone else is coming from the east and wants to meet at Junction 24 add to the list or drop me a PM.

Its now looking very unlikely that i will have my car repaired by next weekend. Will still be in the body shop. So i think you had better remove me from the list . I'm very disappointed.

If they give me a Civic as a courtesy car maybe i should turn up in that. At least i wouldn't feel out of place.
