Are any meets planned in the north west in the near future?

Not as far as I know Rocko, the last one organised by SJ at Jodrell Bank was a sucess ( pictures are on this thread )

All we need are a few dates to have a go at, and a decent location that would be ok for most.
Gtr M/C,Lancs/West Yorks/Nth Cheshire/Merseyside are our catchment areas I would have thought

Well i will think we will need to find out a rough estimate of the amount of people that are actually wanting to meet. In the north west i currently live in manchester but i wouldnt want to be selfish and say yeah lets all meet in manchester we need to find out somewhere in between. And then we can find a suitable place for the amount. But if anyone has a good idea like SOTHPOPORT/BLACKPOOL which ROKO said i no there is a massive carpark next to the beech where the funfair use to be. But get gather some ideas and people let us no where you are and how far you be willing to travel because personally i dont mind i just want a north west meet !!!!!!!!! Ryan

We could always do a short hop into North Wales and drive the "Evo Triangle". A very good set of roads by anyone's standards.

We could always meet and do the blackpool lights run like most car icons do eg original mini cooper , mitsu evo, ferrari, merc/ mclaren etc......

second weekend in september 15th/16th sound good for a meet to any body dont know if lights are on then but a meet anywhere blackpool / manchester/preston sounds good to me could even do north wales that weekend at a push.

This is the Evo Triangle, used by Evo magazine for alot of their road tests:

It's just south of Denbigh, and incorporates parts of the A5 and A543 near to Betws-y-Coed.

If my sat nav is correct theres 4 speed cameras on that strech of the a5 . Are you a policeman or working for them getting more drivers caught speeding rocko.

Lights are on 31st Aug untill 4th Nov, up to press am free that weekend

Im up for the evo triangle give it a bit of vtec for the day after alll thats what i only put v- power in my baby for ! v-tec in snooper on ! so how many people are up for the evo !!!
