Quick note to anyone coming from the East or North...

Not that you need it, becuase you will of course be sticking carefully to the speed limits

From the East:
Be careful and awake as you come over the bridge.
Before you get to the toll booths (£5.10 now, in cash, no cards), there is a 50mph limit.
It's well posted, but if you're busy asking your co-pilot to rumage through the coins...
It's also often got a camera van up on one of the flyovers.
The limit also applies for 1/2 mile after the toll - so no more 0-60 getaways

From the North, coming down the M50 / A449:
Lovely road, but very easy to creep over the speed limit on the long straights / down hills.
Which is exactly where the mobile camera cars camp out.
