Hi guys,

I'm up in York tonight so I might be able to drop by on my way back to London tomorrow. If that's ok with everybody.

I've just done the run this afternoon to check its ok. There's a few narrow roads but some great long and fast country roads. My brakes were a bit hot afterwards

Good thinking. The 1.8's can keep us all at a set pace.

Driven around there today and there are some great roads to play on.

If any of the deisel owners that are attending are thinking about a re-map and would like to try my Celtic re-mapped car (i am so impressed with it) I could pop up around 11.30. I need to be away for 12.00 though unfortunataley.

Welly, I'll be there for 11.30 if you want to pop across. I've been in contact with Superchips but have yet to put my money where my mouth is.

Hey, that Red Type R suits me.

Shame about the traffic, that road would have been fantastic.

Thanks for the photography Sushi!
Yes, shame about the motorway closure and subsequent traffic divertions compromising our enjoyment of some terrific driving roads, just hope nobody was badly hurt. Our little convoy turned some heads though as we passed several miles of standing traffic on the way back up from Rishworth, bet they were wondering if we knew a short cut that they didn't.
I agree with Chris, another good meet, let's hope we get a few more people turning up for the next one.
