I said hello and asked about my Altimo's and if you thought they may be replaced out of warrenty. I was quickly fobbed off and not made to feel too welcome and as I not long moved to the area and am situated between Northampton and Bedford I think I will give your dealers a miss and try Stratstone unless you can convince me to give you another try.

?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????

Well this is a late rant at the Avonvale guys isnt it!!.

I will put my little bit in the thread then.

Big thanks to Neil and the guys for the great service I received on the Sunday and also all the great service I have received from these guys on several purchases I have made from Avonvale Honda.

They know what they are talking about, its the ONLY Honda which when they say they will call you back in 10 mins you get a phone call back within 10 mins. Not only the parts team either, I have always had great service from everyone in each department. I think I have been to Avonvale 3 or 4 times now..... Doesnt sound like a lot but as it is 90mins-2hours away I think this shows the service I receive it one of the best.

I would recommend Avonvale Honda to anyone with a Honda

Murray

Not a rant at all, I didn't relise that there was a time limit on queries?. Just my experiance on the day. If you don't give feedback of your experiance in a honest way how can you expect the level of service to improve. I am not a person who complains about everything, quite the opposite and I did direct this at Avonvale directly for a responce from them. I also asked about a price for a set of Rages so I was a potencial customer.

If my posts are unsuitable then mods please delete.

To be fair I am very tired and grumpy today so I may have read your post wrong and appoligise. But as I read it the comment "I think I will give your dealers a miss and try Stratstone unless you can convince me to give you another try." I think was very arrogant and wasnt needed in the thread. I never said you were not allowed to voice your experiance but I think I can also put some positive reviews in aswell.
