Ambient lighting
Had a wee sneaky peak at my M200,looks really nice cant wait to pick it up 2weeks to go.Sales man said that all type r face lifted models should come with the ambient lighting but when opened the door no sign of the red glow from the footwells????

Yeah had a look under the foot wells nothing there so may have to purchase some,wait and see.

They also only work when you switch the headlights on, there is an easy cheap mod in the "how to" section that makes them much brighter too.
They are still pretty pish though....

Yep, you can drill holes in the blue cap (or remove the cap altogether) .... I did a 'how to' ages ago.
Anyway I've already bought a set of RickhondaR footwell lights for when mine arrives. One good thing about the rubbish footwell lights that are already there is that you can scotch lock straight into the wiring for them so you don't have to mess about with the glovebox light
