Touch-up Kit
Can someone please advise the cost of a Tangerine Orange touch-up kit? Someone ran into the back of my car this morning - no damage except a very slight break in the paintwork until the grey bumper sill. With a touch-up and a good waxing, the difference would be negligable. Thanks,

Hi Rob, a touch up in Tangerine would be £5.39 inc postage. I have one here ready to go if you are interested.
Cheers Andy. |

Hi Andy, Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. When the rain subsides I will assess the damage properly and come back to you. Thanks, Rob

Just a small word of caution!
Exactly the same thing happen to me, stationary at a set of lights and someone ran into the back of me in my previous car. Low speed impact leaving a couple of slight scratches on the bumper. Tried polishing it out, didn't work, because the rear bumper was plastic the scratches were in fact cracks in the paint and the rear bumper had to be fully resprayed. Luckly I had the other driver's details so it didn't cost me a penny. A touch up pen will never bring the bumper back to a level where you cannot tell it has been damaged, a mobile paint repairer charged £75 to do my bumper and it looked great. |
