I don't believe this is the 2011 Civic as is being suggested with the picture name, so does anyone have any ideas what it is?

I also found this which is the same car but in concept form. Again being claimed to be the 2011 Civic.

I think i've possibly found it. I think it might be the 2010 Accord coupe in the states. The front end is different but looking at the shell I think it is the Accord Coupe.
