Hi Zoooom,

This forum is for the 8th Gen Civic 06->.

You may be lucky and find some help from someone who has owned other Civics in the past.

In old cars it tends to be incorrect ignition, or poor compression. The solutions are to get a pro to check your ignition system and timings, and for the latter a nice rebore with new rings. Or live with 32 mpg.

Worth checking the tyre pressures as well, if they are too low the fuel economy will be poor.
