No your not - the question is Petrol or Diesel w.r.t the fuel econony of a new civic EX - nothing to do with paintwork. I've had my civic nearly 2 months, 600 miles and no paint chips yet.

SW I agree with NN, if you have an issue with the engines, mention it here. However, I feel the paint is getting enough airplay elsewhere.
