How do I install FRONT SPEAKERS:o!!

Hey

Basically, if its not hard, I will install the front speaker's myself.

I have a set of Alpine tyre R's 6.5". I have looked at the door, and it looks like I have to take all that plastic of the door:S?

Please can someone explain in full detail and with pic's how to do this?

basically step by step:P and also what tools etc.. I need.
