1/10th Scale radio control Drift car + Extras
Yokomo AE86 Drifter for sale plus loads of extras.....
![]() The Chassis itself. The motor is a 27turn, which is more than torquey enough to keep the thing permanently sideways on smooth concrete or tarmac... ![]() (It's a bit dusty in this shot, but has only ever been run in bone dry conditions) Now for some of the spares... Wheel sets including a spare set of never used rims... ![]() Original beater wheels, need touching up (were hand painted) but still good on smooth surfaces. I could touch these up before sale if required, but its easy to do... ![]() Rare Y-tread Yokomo drift tyres. These offer much more rigid control and you only drift when you really push it. Hard to master, but worth the effort as they seem almost like real tyres and make the car behave accordingly... ![]() Tyres fitted at the moment are the latest single ring Yokomo drift rings, only run once (cost me £36 all in less than 6 months ago)... ![]() (As you can see, the red body has got some paint issues thanks to a mate, but the other bodies are fine. This body is great to learn with, although that won't take long as it is very easy to drift) Close up of the hand painted Kanji script (Power, Drift, Control) on the Xanaivia Skyline shell. Took ages as I had to learn some Kanji script first. These Kanji are painted inside the body so cannot be chipped or damaged.. ![]() (This body also has the begining of front light buckets to fit the LED light kit. Both colours are full flip in the sunlight) This body, although painted by me, was already precut and drilled by a mate, it needs some tweaking to fit properly (round the wheel arches and to the holes). So apart from that it is in perfect condition... ![]() Acoms controller (with newish duracells) and main battery charger... ![]() LED headlight/Tail light set. Never fitted but 9v battery included... ![]() Awesome Hotworks Nismo Skyline body, never been out the box and still on its dummy chassis. This will need drilling to fit... ![]() ![]() ![]() (this thing has light buckets, dummy exhausts, and dummy brake discs that can also be used. It even comes with a set of NISMO rims and tyres) Pit Stand (drop the car on this for easy wheel change etc)... ![]() Batteries (there is another 2000 race pack in the car)... ![]() Spare Yokomo wing... ![]() Spare wheel nuts and body pins... ![]() All in to buy this lot brand new would cost well over £450. However, I want nowhere near that figure. Preferably I would be looking for around £170 plus shipping. I am open to realistic offers though (go ahead, I wont be insulted) but its a bit of a bargin at the price stated. I'm only selling it to raise funds to upgrade my other R/C truck. Shipping costs are unknown at the moment as Royal mail postage costs are changing this week apparently. I'm in the south east so buyer could collect if need be. |
