a custom fit for the civic is in the pipe line. it will cover the whole lense and will look the biz. as the light does not go all the way on the 3rd brake light its looks as if part of it is not working. this wont be the case, and it will look like it is power by leds with the logo as well

here is the new screen printed machine cut version. it will cover the complete lense for that factory finish look, and is in gloss black to blend in with the spoiler. as you can see it now looks like there are 3 leds each side of the logo
feedback please. |

Brake Light Covers for sale by Gers
Here are a few pics of the CIVIC version.... This one is a Vinyl cut option, the same in every way as the Screenprint, but I think it may be easier applied. I hope to have a firm price sorted out tomorrow,it looks like its going to be around the £10 mark, which would include postage, but I will know more tomorrow..... TYPE R and TYPE S can also be done in this style.(or your name if you want it
)... |

Just had the price confirmed, they will cost £10 each, which will include packing and postage, the graphic is just over 2 foot long, so it will be rolled up and posted in a 6 inch plastic tube to avoid any creasing or damage in the post. Payment would be through Pay Pal. If anyone was interested in them I have 3 HONDA and 2 CIVIC here now, but more could be made by early next week.

Hi, for those of you that have made Payment already, Thank you, they will be posted out first thing on Monday. I was going to post a "How To" in the thread, but have decided to send a printed copy out with the sticker, as I think it would be handy to have it beside you when fitting, rather than having to look back to the thread. Thanks again guys, you should be well pleased when its fitted

I thought I would see how easy it was to remove the centre panel behind the light and I have to ask just how hard do you have to yank on the centre cover?
I managed to get a finger behind one corner and pulled really firmly but it wouldn't budge the rest of the cover. I even hooked a 90deg angle screwdriver under the corner and pulled, but still no luck. ![]() I gave up when it seemed as if I was either going to damage the panel itself, or the panels either side. ![]() Is there a knack to doing it? ![]() |

Well; I've just tried it again and, following your advice, gritted my teeth and yanked.
With a loud 'crack' it came away just leaving one white clip in place which was easily removed and replaced in the cover. Can you send me a 'HONDA' version now please. PM me with your pay-pal details. Thank you. |
