Where does the text below the User Name, ie. Valve Cap, come from

Can the user change the text

It is related to number of post you have made.

Please see:
Locking Wheelnut/Rocket Door Handle/ Civinfo Guru etc etc etc

You cannot change it (other than by posting of course).

If you become a supporter, there is a further text line added.
This is by default "Supporter" but this you can edit.
