Just a quickie........but when i post anything I keep getting email notifications and can't find where i can switch it off

User Cp (from the blue bar near the top)

Options and Settings

Edit Options

scroll down a bit and look for the subscribed threads bit, and change it to Do not...

You can also list the threads you are subscribed to, and un subscribe

Hope that helps, but if you need more detail, just shout

Cheers mate sorted , its different in every forum usually it defaults not to subscribe
