No email notification!

I was receiving emails to tell me when a thread I had posted to had received a reply but a about a week they stopped. I have checked in my user CP and it says I should be getting them! Is it my end or Civinfo?

A pound says it's AOL. They (and hotmail and yahoo) have an "advanced" spam filter and they stop very similar or "suspect" looking emails.

If you can, try and access your spam filter settings (possibly buried within AOL somewhere) and allow anything from civinfo.com.

Or get another email address (like gmail), or best still dump AOL!

Thanks for that, I will check and I am definately dumping AOL!!!!

Not sure how AOL works, but you could try putting webmaster@civinfo.com into your contacts (this often tells the spam filter that you can trust emails from that person).
