Build /Work in Progess area
Would somthing like that be possible? Instead of having threads in the gallery or the Type R section, have a dedicated section.

Under the members avator you could have members garage which is a link to the users progress. They use this on TGTT great for spying on peoples progress lol

How about this.
We def need a build up section on here. people have put up different builds in different sections but it would be good to have it all in one section for people to refer to. |

Yeah projects forum would be good it would be alot easier to track progress than having to search though loads of pages on the gallery.

I think this is a good idea (and was before). Previously I thought that the solution would be to enable the "Blogs" feature on vbulletin, so owners could run their own modification progress blog. But sadly vbulletin disabled this feature on vb3, in order to make you buy vb4. vb4 is not ready, so it never happened.
So... you'll find the section under the Gallery. The mods will try and find all the threads that need moving - if after a day or two you think we've missed some it would be great if you could PM one of us with the relevant links. |

I am using the following criteria for moving old threads:
1) It has to be an 8th Generation Civic. 2) There has to be at least one "update" post from the Thread Starter, so projects which are just one post followed by comments from others are not moved. |

Maybe an idea to either put correct prefixes on the threads, or if mods add what kind of project we are talking about in that thread. Seems we all use pretty similar "My poject" kinda names that make it hard to navigate the forum

Prefixes are generally a good idea, but we were struggling to come up with good prefixes to use in this section as many projects are a mix of various modifications. Any suggestions on prefixes? |

Seeing as I seem to have started 3/4 threads everytime I've had work done is it ok if I create one thread that brings everything upto date from the start to present day?
