Basically there was an issue with the ISP/server owner's payment details (expired CC number)...

Well, what can I say.

I'm really sorry this happened - as some of you who emailed me know, this was caused by an expired credit card on for the account of the owner of the box that civinfo (and other sites) sit on. Furthermore, once the problem had been fixed, the hosting company took ages to reinstate the account.

The box owner assures me a year's worth has been paid - so I have made a note in my diary for 362 days time!

Once again, apologies.
