Mounting a grill badge

What did you guys use to mount your CTR/CTS grill badges? I dont want it being a permenant fixture on the grill incase i need to sell on. And on the other hand i dont want it to fall off!!

I stuck it on with its adhesive backing after I had cleaned the area with Meths.
Its still on after a year

Thanks robbo. I remember you mentioning that. I am not sure if my CTS badge will come with a backing. So was wondering what other people done in the same situation..

it works

i bought an identicle copy of the rear type r badge from ebay and just stuck it to the front grille, its a bit to big but can be made to just fit and looks fine.
the only problem is the site that i bought it from ( some bloke in singapore ) doesn't seem to be there any more but you could buy one from a honda dealer but it will proberbly cost £100 judging by what they charge for parts

Did the silicone sealer work ?

Have paid about £70 for the front badge (from memory) and would be a little upset to lose it from it just dropping off ?

Certainly cant be bothered with the carry-on of removing half the car to get it on there as per the instructions !!

Cheers

i followed the instructions and it seems it could be removed if needed but if you follow instructions depending on your hand size could be quite easy but in my case i found it not too hard but awkward and i had a brused had afterwards
