grill badge

i know this has been asked before but after reading previous posts i still couldn't get behind to put the fasteners on! i stuck the badge on with some silicone adhesive and the 2 sticky back tape but am wanting the fasteners on so i doesn't get stolen.

opened bonnet, i got the cover of with the push clips.
then removed the 2 10mm bolts each side of the grill
looks like i have to take the meshed grill away from the backing to get the fasteners on

any help or pics would be appreciated, av read it only take 20 mins! i think i missing something lol

cheers

as there is nowhere for my hand to go through part 2

just wonder if people did remove the mesh it looks akward to me anyway
just don't want to remove it if not needed

If you look at the first pic here you will see the holes in the middle of the mesh section, presumably for attaching the badge to.
