On robbo's advice i got an old sytle type s badge. Its great. Fits a treat and looks great too. (ebay £7!)

The new style badge is too big IMO for the front grill.

Guess u need the type R grill aswell, other wise it’s just on top of the plastic.

Don’t know if I would spend the money on the grill and rear type R spoiler hmmmmm.

That would be the only other cosmetic mods I would do.

Hmmmmm not sure, I think I would rather pay the extra tenner and have the genuine S badge to match the back.

I bought the new one and it looks abit silly to be honest. Too big for the grill. Needs to be a red "S" too i think.

It does yes...Too big
My remedy, as I stated above, was to replace the rear badge with the same as the grill badge..I prefer the 'old' one anyway..It also matches the side decals

The sticky back is enough to keep it on. Just make sure the grill is clean before you put it on (if its a new grill it will be ok)

Thanks. I got them from Halfords, they are sold as individual letters I think it only works out around a few quid for both.

It sticks on real good no need to apply any other glue to do it. The sticky back is enough.
