Floor Mats

Hello Everyone!

I recently got my Civic ES on Tuesday (and loving it!). I wanted to get some floor mats and thought I'd get some from ebay. Are these the correct floor mats for a Honda Civic ES 2006? Honda Civic (2006 on) TAILORED Car Floor Mats - BNIP on eBay, also Car Covers, Car Care, Car Accessories, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 18-Apr-09 22:39:19 BST)

Just wanted to make sure before I bought them! Thanks in advance!
Ross

Welcome

The floor mats changed on the 08 model see here 07/08 Mat Differences but I can't tell from the ebay link if these are 06 or 08 mats

Thanks. The rear floor mats look massive in the picture. Or maybe they go under the seat too for when you fold the seats up?

I have the Honda ones in my 56 plate EX, they are exactly the same shape as those, only difference is that there doesn't look like there is an anchor, or the holes in the drivers side mat for the anchor.
Maybe they just sit on the floor rather than hooking over the anchor as per the genuine Honda ones.......although for that privelige I paid a fortune for the Honda ones!
Hope that helps!
The rear ones are big and do sit slightly under the back of the front seats covering nearly all the carpet.

Thanks everyone for your input! Just a follow up to this in case anyone else was looking at these - because my local Honda dealer was looking for £51 for genuine mats, i went ahead and bought those ones from ebay. I must say they arrived very quickly. Bought on the Monday, arrived on Wednesday. They fit perfectly in the car. Can complain for £24 inc P&P!
If you don't want to spend the £50+ on genuine ones, I recommend these!

That do you mean by anchor points? Points to fix the mat to the floor?
They don't seem to slide about much as the bottom is quite rough.

yeah 2 holes in the honda matts fit over a anchor point that has 2 metal bits that the matt sits over. Was wondering if these ebay ones are the same?
