The New Style Mesh Grille with Badge. End

Hi All
Ive mused and puzzled the big New Grille debate now for ages and been confused by all the different answers so thought id just get one and see and here is the result.
Mine is the Type s gt 56 reg, Bought the grille from Gordons Honda Off of here. Sports Grille no 08f21smg600c £115.26 Delivered, also got the type s decal set comes with grille badge no 0820smr600, Cost was £60.08 no delivery charge as it was put in the same box. Came next day. The Grille DOES COME apart so no need to glue the badge on just fix with the clips. Dont mess about trying to get the thing in without taking the bumper off as the job is easy it makes no sense. follow the instructions for taking the bumper off from one side and you only have to pull the bumper off to just past half way and you have the access to do the job. If i say it took an hour and half that is a conservative guess and if anyone lives near the Thorne/ Doncaster area and wants help to do it i would be pleased to help if im available.

Good Job,

The grille in the VB, looks different to the one with out the honda emblem, but the Type-S emblem (black).. doesn't look as 'meshed'

yes, i removed the perspex, and covered it with the Foliatec Carbon Fiber. it took a lot of patience to get out all of the bubbles. i think it makes the civ look mean and bad***!

I totally agree, everyone has their own opinion, but it appears a touch 'bland' to me - sorry!!

i really like the fact that it does not look like everyone elses, it makes it unique and it stands out from the crowd. the Honda one is nice, but everyone and their brother that has a Civ has bought it. At a car show, my grille would stand out due to the fact that it is well done, and not bought. i am really not going off, i just like to explain my way of thinking....

I agree with your comments and you have made an excellent job of it - like I said everyone has different ideas and likes - no offence was intended!
