FN2 Spoiler - FN1 Type S problem

Right guys i need your advice....
ive searched around on the forum and i cant find anyone who has had the same problem as i am having just now.
Recently purchased a used FN2 spoiler non OEM and am having problems getting it to sit right on the back window.
will not sit evenly at both sides and im starting to think the guy has sold it due to the same problem.
Heres a few pictures of the spoiler & the spoiler sitting on the car. please exuse the paint just now the spoiler needs taken down abit with wet and dry before i start work on the paint, but if its not going to go on right i might aswell not bother.
any recommendations will be greatly appreciated or do i just bin the piece of sh*t if its bogus.
