Type S front grill emblem

I've looking around for a type S emblem for the front grill. Of course Cox Motors have a set including stickers for £55, And of course Ebay has plenty for the type R.

But I have found these examples, both from USA (EBAY) for about £30. I quite like the second one with the bigger "S" 3 inches long with fittings to screw on to the grill. Genuine Honda part, but for the Accord

Any opinions? Anybody actually got one

I'm also looking for one but cant justify to the wife paying £55 for one, let us know how you get on ..

Well I've just bought the big S emblem. £28. I'll take a photo when it is fitted

Can you link me to the one you bought? I also couldn't justify £60 from cox. But I'm liking the big S one.

I bought the small one for my EP3 Type S a couple of years ago, the S on my original had faded, I seem to recall that I only paid a few pound for it on UK Ebay, could have been a copy though.

Here is the link eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace It is a genuine Honda item so I hope it won't fade. I'll post pictures when I fit it.

The first badge is, as another has said, from the EP edition Type S (01>06) and the EP3 Type R badge is the same but with an R not an S, The FN badges are different as owners are aware (06>), The second badge of the 2 has never existed as an official Honda design or release as far as i'm aware, unless it's non UKDM as other countries seem to have different badges and design's eg: America didn't get Type R's, they got Si's as equivalents in the EP range as far as I have learned from the EPCIVIC forum and Belgium EP2 Sports don't have the UK design Sport badge with the red 'S' and black and silver 'port' but just 'SPORT' all in the same design in a different font.

, don't know if that is of any use or importance but just a bit of info for you.

The second badge is official Honda merchandise. Unless the EBay seller is pulling a con (not the first time!) But it is for a Honda Accord Euro R, not the Civic. I liked the look of the big red S, at 3 inches long it should look good on the grill.
