Type r steering

I want to fit a type r steering on my 2007 ex. Does anybody know if it fits. I know i may have to put some of my co trols on the type f steering as the ex seems to have more controls on the wheel but i really like the red stiching.

Also any idea of how to remove the steering without triggering the airbag.

Remove the battery that should disable the airbag.

Does anybody know if i can just swap the leather of my ex steering for a type r one?

Any idea if the leather can be swapped from a type r to an ex (has hft and all other controls)
