Wire brush about £2 from eBay or car spares.
I used E-tech paint off eBay. You get a brush, paint and brake cleaner in a pack for about £15-£20. Nice paint. Brush the calliper down so you remove all brake dust and muck. Spray with brake cleaner re brush and spay again if you want to make it extra clean. Paint 1st coat (supposed to wait 30 minutes between coats but I re-applied after 10). Leave 24hrs to harden and cure. And your set. It does recommend leaving the wheels off for and hour or 2, I didn't. I guess this is to stop you dropping crap off the tires in the wet paint. Always silver on non performance models, as it just looks odd other wise. Or body colour coded can look nice. Even on performance models just looks like you wish you had Brembos/spoon/mugen calipers.

No paint say you don't need too.
I didn't and found it easy enough. Just take your time. Sent by the monkeys in my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Get yourself a rotary wire brush attachment for your drill. It will make removing the caked on crud a LOT easier.
No need to remove the calipers to paint them, I didn't. |
