You've answered my question before posting! I was going to ask about getting the perspex windows tinted and having to re-order/re-apply the inside Civinfo sticker

Unless they stick this to the perspex and remove anything from there (including stickers)?

Thinking of using the same guys as you Phil as Brierley Hill isn't too far away (am I right in thinking that is Merry Hill way?)

Yes. Some people on the forum had bad experiences with the Fly-Eye guys and so opted for Spi-Vision instead which is essentially the same thing.
They're on the forum as members too.

Have you tried Solarplexius Tints? They cost about £100 and its removable when you don't feel like having them on as I don't like the idea of permanant tints. I am having mine fitted this week and I have GP pack on my milano red so I will get pics of them once they are done (with pics showing inside and out).

Ok I put the rear side tints on today but still not able to get a decent pic of the tints with the sun reflecting on it. I haven't fitted the back ones yet they are very hard to put on. I'll get the pics up as soon as its done but with the solarplexius tints it's very dark on the outside people won't be able to see inside and on the inside it's very light.

Im humming an ahhing over the solarplex, i too don't like the idea of a permanant tint as when you come to sell, it may put buyers off and it's a right pain to remove and clean. The solarplex looks very crisp from the outside but it's those rubber wedges that are holding me back, watching the video on their site they look quite bulky, how do they look up close.

Just seen your photo they dont look that bulky really so may go ahead and order them, im also going to look for the Honda seat belt covers as i can see one poking it's head around, another mod i didn't think about. Seems everytime i come on this site i find new mods. Im meant to be trying to save my pennies not spending them so thanks for putting more ideas in my head

I'll try get u better pics on Digi cam tomorrow. It's not that bulky. Those rubber parts is to keep the tint from falling off or sliding all over the place. Yeah those shoulder pads I'm getting red ones soon to go with the colour of my car.

Other option if you don't want tints is sun shades which I currently have fitted in my car so you get the effect of tints from the outside but can still see out from the inside and when you don't fancy them there very easy take out.

I've had them in a whole now, but recently decided I want the windows tinting properly for looks and more importantly security.

Hi,
Getting my windows done on Friday, they too have suggested this on the rear plastic part. They are sticking it on the outside though, does that sound right to you?

It can be put on the outside or inside but for a more professional look I would have it done on the inside of the car

My mate picked his champ white up yesterday and the previous owner had the lot tinted, the front sides were done in 25% tint the rest was limo, looks stunning so I'm now getting mine done the same. Told him the fronts maybe illegal but 25% tint you can still see in and as the previous owner is a copper I'm sure he would of used the gadget to test it, only downside is they used that fly eye stuff in the lower rear and looks quite odd and it's peeling off.
