Massive thank you.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for what I consider amazing customer service.

Cut a long story short there was a minor mistake with the colour of tow hook I ordered as it was out of stock but I had ordered a black one not a red one and kindly asked Tegiwa if they could correct it and possibly upgrade my postage to 1st class so I could have it for this weekend as I wanted to make my car look mostly finished for show I'm hoping to attend.

They replied right away and upgraded my postage which I was more then happy with. I've just got home from work to this.

All's I can say is you made me very happy. I know freebies are always a nice sweetener but I would of just been happy with the postage upgrade. I seriously can't recommend you guys enough and have already told a few fellow members who i'll give some of these stickers out to on sunday. I recently spent £1000 at a local garage to have a GP kit fitted and after them breaking something, scratching my car and me being accused of being a liar as his mechanic wouldnt of done it yet I had pictures before the car went in. Its just nice to know some companys haven't forgot about us customers.

Big thanks again from a very pleased customer.

Wow that was expensive, I had a quote from my Honda dealer where I brought the car and they quoted £1000 and said to them there having a laugh at that price and can do better and they come back with £645 fitted which I snapped there hand off as it was only £45 more than coxy's price but fitted.

I also took pictures before it went in and found damage afterwards, but they just corrected them, more recently I had my £250 paintwork at Honda free of charge cause I complained about damage they had done while in having paintwork done which they corrected as well as letting me off the £250 as a gesture of good will.

If there manager doesn't call me by Tuesday I'm going to Honda UK about this S it's the second time they have damaged my car now. I'll also name and shame on here cos I had a mates car go in for some work he's also on here and they damaged his grill. Why cant they just do the job there charging extortion rates for properly. I should of done it myself and bought it off cox.

Honda UK won't do anything, something that needs be sorted directly with the dealer in question. I refused to have my car back until it was sorted cause as soon as you take it back they could say you've done the damage. Me myself would go to the dealer and kick up a fuss until its sorted I'm sure they won't want you there putting off potential customers so might back down and sort their mistakes.

If your car isn't under warranty then I wouldn't take it Honda I'd go a specialist where you know your car is going be looked after I do a 130 round trip having work done on my car as I trust Stevie at grinspeed and always does a great job. But there are loads of others like TDI north and south, ABP and there is TI Motorsport now at Tegiwa.
