I just noticed that the cost came in less than I estimated too, which is nice

I agree that the Toda Manifold is the one to have also, however it is very expensive!

Although i believe the build quality and gains are the best.

CPL manifold gave me some immense gains, but because of the way it's made my car stinks!!!

True enough Frankie but it's the value that counts, not the necessarily the initial cost

Is this because of the slip joints?

Yes mate,

When i start the car especially when the engines cold the smell is very strong. Even if i have my windows closed the smell comes into the cabin.

Even if i put my air con on etc it comes through the vents

Once the engine is warm and the car is moving its ok, unless i stop in the same place for a long time ha ha

The other day i was pulling out a junction and some people were jogging, and they went behind my car... when i looked in my mirror a woman was covering her mouth in distgust at the smell my car was giving off ha ha

Is the Toda mani as raspy as the old TDI one? It sounds pants on the inside but sounds ok on the outside luckily. Also is the TOda all one piece? The one I have now sounds terrible until it warms up, again this is because of the gas escaping from the slip joints

TDI has never produced an exhaust manifold for this model. Maybe TDI North?

The Toda manifold sounds glorious!

Sorry yes that's what I mean, the TDI/XO/AAS manifold. When changing gear it gives off a rather annoying noise

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that as we had no involvement.

That's cool. I forget you're not all one and the same. Is the Toda all one piece?
