hi just saying hello, I bought a type r last month to replace my troblesome cls and think its wonderful.My name is gerry and im from icklesham my type r is red and i have now done 1700 miles in it,It has to be one of the best all rounders that you can buy today it really is jolly good

I take it you mean from a Mercedes CLS, that is some change from the cosseting comfort of a Merc to a Honda Civic Type R.

I have had Mercs and BMW's in the past, my wife still has a 3 series coupe, it is a great car, but not really involving to drive at all(boring).

The R is a fantastic car and just so much fun, I hope you really enjoy it?

yes I had a cls 500 on contract hire and was thankful when it was collected, I just decided to get a hot hatch and was torn between this and an r32 but the civic won me over to be honest so here i am
