Type R looks good

Spotted a red Civic this morning following up on outside lane in city traffic.
As it pulled alongside and drew ahead became apparant it was a type R.Eventually it turned off-had plenty of time to eye it up.

Got to say,the car looked very impressive with good road presence, quite 'loud' really in red,but that's fine in a car like the Type R.

Never driven one,but would be very intrigued to sample its ride quality, throttle response etc. Will make a point when eventually looking to swap to give one a drive-shan't do it now as I know,if the ride was ok I'd end up doing a deal

Yeah, I have an issue trying not to admire it in window reflections etc.

Me & my mate have had a few folk stop and watch us go by in the CTR and guys, well some of them need heads that turn 360 degrees otherwise they'll do themselves and injury just looking at its beauty.

I thought that was normal behaviour, i like watching the wheels spin around while driving past big windows that reflect the car... its so hypnotizing

I have had my Type R for 6 days now and had about 6 people comment on it, it is not so common here in Sweden. One guy must of been in his seventies and he was saying how good it looked, and then added "I bet it is not very environmentally friendly though" with a glint in his eye

I had an old guy similarly intrigued, especially when he saw it was young guy driving a Honda! (He commented it didn't look like a Honda, more modern, I thought that was a classic).

I do the same! Likewise I have got to be careful not to drive into the back of someone whilst doing this...

The majority of people who see this car absolutely love how it looks - people at traffic lights just stop and stare... Surely a future classic!

Its a world wide problem...I do the same in AUS..

Got asked by a guy roughly 60 - 70 how much my car was cause he wants one
as he believes it will make him young again...
