Have you got the D22 or D40?
I fitted a K and N free flow filter to mine a few weeks ago and boy what a difference that makes

After fitting the K and N panel filter i noticed my average mpg`s have increased from 27 to over 31+(according to trip computer).
Also i noticed a slight increase in torque (more noticeable when pulling a trailer with a heavy load)

The Navara off road is almost as much fun as the Type R on road

Had a full exhaust system fitted on my MR2 from these guys and was so impressed with the quality, and the performance improvements. The only complaint I had was the increased use of fuel as I was always dropping it a gear and flooring it just to here it

Should try a search on Youtube, they would usually put vids on there. Blueflame got a good rep for Integra exhausts when I had mine. I think they are the same unit as Janspeed ones with a different badge.

im a bit unsure to buy now any one got any suggestions because this system seems to be the cheapest out there but if there are no power gains then i might as well just buy a milteck system instead
