Picked my black type-r up today!

Here she is!!

Finally after all this waiting!!

I will have a longer write up about her 2mo once ive had a bit of a drive!

All i can keep saying tho is WOW! Much better seeing it 'in the flesh'. Picked her up at about 11 this morning! Its the first time i have seen a black one in person! Better than i hoped definatly! In all the pics i have seen so far was starting to make me think if i had made a mistake! I can say now that that is NOT the case!! Its amazing in black!!

Im off out to go for a bit of a drive!

Will have time 2mo to write specifically about it!

Now I know why I had such a hard time choosing between NBP and ASM. It looks awesome in Black

But since I'm driving Black now, I thought it was better to do with some change. But Black is not off my fav-list, never. Bitch keeping it clean though.

Have fun, don't park it against a tree, and stay above 6000RPM

That's exactly the same as what im getting, even down to the decals

, those wheels looks alright actually with the black , contrast it abit

The car looks great in black, especially with the Type R grill. I think black probably works the better than Red.

the grill goes with the black, hope honda have plenty of NHB in stock. will see loads in NHB now.

I love the sound of it! Its brilliant! I havent yet taken it past 4000rpm. May do 2mo

OH NO dont worry mate. there was a drop kerb. I went over to my nans to take some pics but couldnt get it up the drive. It was 2 low!

So i parked it infront instead. Trust me i would not be riding up kerbs! U can just about see it behind the rear wheel

Thanks guys! At first in september i thought black defo!! Then seeing peoples pics of the black i though it looked a bit rubbish. But seeing it in the 'flesh' defo the right colour for me. There was also a red one in the dealers but black looked better IMO. Was the right choice for me!

Looks superb!

Good luck with it. I think now after seeing the colour choice list for a Type-R I would go for a black one myself. It would take a heck of a lot of convincing the Mrs though, but maybe in a few years time...

Oh and did I mention it looks fabulous. Keep it clean and you'll be turning a lot of heads.
