Currently I'm paying £1300 for the 2.2 with 2 years NCB. Only 21 though and my time will come! Not prepared to play with fire and be a named driver like some members.

Quotes now for being 24 yrs old, 3 yrs NCB...around £740/£890...
Turn 25 in April and hoping to insure it then, got quotes of around £600/£680... Turn 25 on 15th...so those extra few weeks are making a good size cut to premiums, both these were through Admiral... Anyone think somewhere else might be cheaper...? |

I don't feel quite so bad now!
Type R GT
17 yrs driving 1 fault accident 1 malicious damage claim 1 total loss theft 3 points speeding 1 yrs ncb Business Use £950 </OFF TOPIC> PS - Did a quote for myself on the Type R and a seperate quote for my wife on the Jazz with each other as named drivers on the other car with Admiral. Then did a combined 'Muticar Quote' to see how good the discount would be. In £1500 it would save £17 - not neally worth bothering with IMO. </OFF TOPIC> |

21 Years Old
07 Type-R GT 15k Miles £1073 with Protected NCB (4 Years), £850ish without PNCB. Excess £250 Is quite alot, but hey im a young driver and I don't think its that bad since it protected NCB. Oh and only £450 since I have already paid for a year on current car, so have to upgrade till Nov when my renewal comes up. Does everyone else pay for the legal protection as I have till now but kinda thinking its not all that important? Last edited by Griffyn; 14th March 2007 at 10:43. |

Type-R quote:
25 years old 3 years NCB £1000 ish (it's about the same as my current modified 200SX) I've been with this company for a few years now, so I suppose come my renewal in may (when I'll be 26, and have 4 yrs NCB) I can shop around for a much better deal. |
