I went to the blackpool dealer yesterday to see what extra i would have to hand over if i were to upgrade from my SE to CTR GT
i took number 709 Milano red out for about 20 mins on a test drive on my own
OMG I WANT ONE!!

The power was awesome when using 2nd gear & 3rd gear, the seats hold you tight, no scratches on the dash, although it did need a clean lol
the car had covered about 2000 miles

the dealer said delivery dates were about 6 weeks max for a GT & about 4 for a standard

just looking at insurance quotes now & mpg figures

best quote ive had is £580 with admiral
but with £250 excess

i am going to check on tue with my broker to see what they can offer

Forgot to mention, I had a go with that car before I purchased mine.

Surprised that the wheels haven't fallen off

Oh and i had a bash in the red one too, had for half a day, trading my 05 type r in. Hope it's half as good.!!

Heh, mine's going in on the 16th as last time I was there one of them dropped a nozzle on my car when they were refueling it.... I had to laugh so I didn't cry.

Luckily it only marked the bottom of the door about an inch off the bottom, only a 5mm mark too.

Ho hum.

Incidentally I'm in Thornton. There's a black FN2 with rages floating around, saw it parked up but not seen one on the road yet. It's going to be a fun sighting when I do see one.

I live further up the coast
I was in Blackpool with my son & fiancee saturday, & i decided to pop in to see what deal could be done.I dealt with Steve Sawyer.
He quoted me a price for the GT & said it included the Blackpool Image Pack, mats , mudflaps , wax/polish i think
