Type r child sheet

Folks, whilst searching for child seat came across a Type R childseat that's only available in Japan.. How can I get one of these, anyone know???

1) Learn Japanese (or find someone who knows it)

2) Visit http://www.honda.co.jp/auto/

3) Find a friendly dealer who will export it to you.

Of course I should have realised that someone would have picked up on this already.. not too sure about using large screw??
