Milano CTR arrived!

Got it!!!!

Picked up 7075 on Friday night and did 400 miles over the weekend. Mixture of recommended run in (via Wiki) and gentler (due to traffic!). Not gone past 5500rpm yet...

Awesome car - best i've ever owned. Got so many thumbs up from other drivers and everyone looks as you drive by!!

Hello again to the NHB and MR CTR's that waved in Weston Super Mare!

Few gripes so far -

dash noise is SO annoying! 2 places, 1 by driver side air vent. Pressure on triangle shaped trim stops it. Other by radio buttons somewhere, but i cant find it.

interior trim very easy to mark, trainer scuffs on door, even tho i'm gentle, seatbelt marks on centre console and door pillar

front suspension clonks when reversing off my drive at full lock

delivery valet was appauling - going back for a full re-valet asap! Smears over windows, dash dusty, supaguard still wet on carpet etc!

MP3 reading is really slow - anyone else get this?

Other than that, enjoying it immensly and cant wait to get back in to commute home (the long way of course!). Seat is taking a bit of getting used to. I cant get totally confortable yet, but i am an XL so probably not designed for me!

Nice one

MP3 reading - there are a couple of threads about this in the Electronics section - less tracks on the CD makes a big difference

mp3 reading does take a long time. It has to read through each and every directory and track in turn, so imagine the time it takes a normal CD and then multiply by difference in number of tracks! It's not that slow, but gives you some idea

I find the interior is very hard to keep clean and the plastic marks very easily. Guess you can't have everything.

Great to hear the Reds are fighting back against those NHB's

Those squeaks and rattles, although should not be there, will soon get sorted by your stealer (He's probably had hundreds back already!)

Love your 'R', you're not alone!

Alan
You going for the Sat Nav?
I think that is the main reason why I have a 20 week wait, not just because of the NHB.
How you holding up?...................Waiting!
