From what I understand, Kremmen is correct. "Honda Happiness" is really an umbrella term used to describe a collection of services for Honda customers, whether they have a new car or an older one.

HH Fixed price servicing is only available to retail customers buying either a new or ex-demonstrator that is less that 8 months old and has covered less that 8000 miles. It is £500 for petrol cars and £850 for diesels.

HH Fixed Price Repairs guarantees that you pay the same price for repairs no matter what dealer you go to, or how old your car is. Honda genuine parts are used and all-in prices are quoted.

There is also a HH Insurance package available.

Further info can be found by thumbing through the recent Honda dream magazine

So how did that come about, phonecall to honda customer services >> Complaining >? Wouldn't mind some free things to make up for the 3rd gear issue which they obviously can't solve right now or is just too expensive to fix.
