Painted my calipers red! great result, looks awesome

Hi another australian here, i just painted my calipers red and i also did some detailing on the type r logo with white paint and the results looks awesome, just want go give people some ideas if you want to do similar things, i looked at someones's fn2 (someone in this forum) brake caliper with black- Type and red-R but i think mine looks better

any chance of making the pictures a bit smaller so they are easier to see, looks great by the way

Looks like they have a gloss finish.
Didnt think you could get heat resistant paint for cars in gloss ??

its not gloss finish its just normal heat resistant paint, thanks for resizing by the way, forgot to do that

I am thinking about doing this, how long did it take to do all 4? Also did you paint the insides grey? as in your 1st pic the whole thing is red.

i used blue tack to cover the black rubbery part behind the brake pad so it wont get painted red the four calipers took me about 4-5 hours to do maybe will take you longer if you want more coats i only put on 2 coats

Sounds like its probably a job for the summer although here in england we can't even guarantee we'll get one, we didn't this year!
