R-number Type R

I Picked my type R up last Tuesday (11/9/07)
My R number is "R-8065"

I was just wondering what everybody's number is and when you picked your car up!
Is there any one with a higher number than R-8065 who picked there car up before me?

Type R numbers
How does Honda work out these numbers in the production line?

do they build say 50 red cars with consecutive numbers then 50 black etc
or is it 1 red, 1 black, 1 silver and 1 bronze?

There's a big bin of numbers at the end of the line, and it's someone's job to stick their hand in... *

Understand your frustration at the previous comment mate as the same thing happened to me on a previous post, people are too quick to reply to a post without READING it properly first.
Anyway in answer to your perfectly reasonable post, I picked mine up last Saturday (8th) and my number is 8126.

Bristol is closer to Swindon than Central Scotland - Bonzo's was perhaps made after yours, but got there first

Or perhaps my flippant comment about the R number bin had an element of truth afterall

Just wondering who has the lowest Type R Number.

It`s definitely not me with R-08065

The demo i drove at Phoniex Honda Stirling was R-00040 (a Bronze Pearl R gt)
