lou from tdi is the process of fixing it.. 2 new silencers and a removable cat section job done!

I will miss the sound of the Martelius when it comes off. Doesn't seem much compromise with exhausts though.

Yeah I'm actually working on this.
I'm tempted to just ask for one like Daves (imitation most sincere form of flattery) because although it's **** the bed loud, it's more of a deep rumble than a metallic blaring of the Martelius.

Yeah I'm going to go custom with it, I've read good comments on here about JP's in Macclesfield so i will give them a call.

I remember seeing someone on here who had a custom and it exited on the drivers side and had small silencer on the end, i think i might opt for something similar.

Does the positioning of the silencer impact volume levels at all, for example having it in the middle rather than at the end? continuing on this question...flow rate, what works best for flow because I want this to be a performance mod as well as trying to achieve the sound i want.

Just explain what you want and they will make it exactly how you want.

Glad I didn't go with a custom, i bought the a Martelius off Noxia.... OMG!! Words cant describe how ridiculously loud it is! Sounds just like i wanted it to so im chuffed . Mrs isn't impressed though
